Producer, Print Production, The Marketing Arm

Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a creative Print Producer to help manage art and production projects to ensure timely delivery, flawless quality, and budgetary considerations.

  • Plan the execution and delivery of a wide range of creative projects involving print, POS, premiums and still photography

  • Support the production department in communication, problem-solving and research

  • Collaborate with internal partners to build and manage timelines

  • Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and fabricators to ensure high quality production and timely delivery

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal account and design teams to ensure projects goals and objectives are met

  • Review and approve proofs, ensuring accuracy and quality of final printed materials

  • Provide regular updates and status reports to team members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

  • Maintain accurate project files and records for future reference

  • Stay organized while handling multiple priorities at once.

  • Manage the production budgets to meet both client and agency expectations

  • Partnering with finance on estimate creation, purchase orders and assessing billable costs

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience; agency experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of complete production process, from schedules and estimates through delivery and execution

  • Strong understanding of print production, art buying, and project management.

  • Ability to multi-task and navigate through conflict in high pressured situations

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to guide employees in other departments toward a better understanding of production process

  • Excellent organizational and follow through skills

  • Must be a collaborative team player with great initiative

  • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship building experience a plus

  • Must be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure with numerous deadlines

  • Proficient in MAC applications including MS Word, Excel and Outlook Express

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel

  • The job duties of this role require candidates to be fully vaccinated.
