The Associates Program:
As a talent pipeline for future thought-leaders of the business, the Associates Program provides the opportunity to explore and hone skills throughout an 18-month rotational program. Associates are placed in three 6-month rotations lasting from September 2024 until February 2026. Rotation opportunities can include a variety of roles and departments offered at Ogilvy, including but not limited to (subject to change and dependent on location):
Account Management/Business Leadership
Consulting
Employee Experience
Influencer Strategy
Information Architecture/UX
Media
New Business
Production
Project Management
Public Relations
Social Content Creation
Social Strategy
Strategy/Brand Planning
Please note: The Associates Program does not offer rotation placements within the creative craft (i.e. art direction or copywriting).
