What You Will Do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. CoLAB is an Amgen internal content creation team that provides the infrastructure for Amgen marketers to use vetted external creative freelancers.
In this vital role as a CoLAB Content Producer you will act as a day to day liaison between internal marketing partners and external freelance creators. This role provides project management and quality control, while ensuring creative deliverables adhere to Amgen file standards and requirements. This includes mastering a deep understanding of Amgen’s MLR process and system, Veeva, in order to adhere to MLR submission guidelines and archiving requirements for content reuse.
Establish collaborative working relationship with designers, marketers and regulatory partners
Responsible for the management of creative deliverables from internal and external sources, ensuring creative integrity, accuracy as well as developing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
Onboard new designers and communicates submission requirements to ensure file adherence
Develop, refine, and reevaluate processes and standards documentation and stay current with best practices
Responsible for preparing documents for client MLR review in a timely and accurate manner, including annotating clinical promotional and training materials
Provide proofreading and creative quality control during creative review process and MLR submissions, including ensuring appropriate references are provided and align with medical communications style guide
Interact with brand’s regulatory teams where necessary to ensure adherence to Med Legal Review (MLR) guidelines, annotation styles, and timelines
Build and revise creative files and MLR submissions when necessary using Adobe Creative Suite
Deliver final creative files to designated material distributor, and archive creative source files in Veeva
What We Expect Of You

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of content creation, marketing, or project management
OR
Associate’s degree and 6 years of content creation, marketing, or project management
OR
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of content creation, marketing, or project management
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), HTML, Google Studio
Respectful mindset and proven ability to work well in a team environment and across a global matrixed organization
Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy
A sense of diligence, accountability, bias toward action
