Seeking soon-to-be-designers. Aestheticians. Design-thinkers. Visual provocateurs. You make thoughts tangible. You visually command, demand, and earn attention for unsung stories. You’re adept at typography, iconography, photography, and perhaps-a-few-more-ographies we can’t think of. You know the difference between a logo and a brand and want to work at a place that makes brands. You know the programs, and you know which ones we’re talking about. But you’re also ready to learn what you don’t already know.

About 160over90

As the branding division of the Endeavor Network of global cultural marketing agencies, our collective charge is to elevate ideas, elevate each other, and elevate our client’s stories in the hearts and minds of their customers. Branding is serious business. But it’s not that serious. We live and love creativity but make time to laugh at ourselves. We share in successes, champion design, love art and experience, and want to fuel all of it with the resources and might of our larger Endeavor network (which you have at your disposal).

160over90 Philadelphia’s clients include: Philadelphia Eagles; Temple University; Colorado State University; SUPERPRETZEL; Stanford University; Chemours; University of South Carolina; and UFC.

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will get:

  • Exposure to all creative sides of the agency, from Branding and UX/UI to Experiential and Production

  • To be part of the team, alongside everyone from other designers and copywriters to animators and video producers

  • Practice in concepting, executing, and pitching creative and visual ideas for brands

  • Knowledge of the inner workings of a collaborative agency and the Endeavor Network

  • To be part of an agency that cares about making the world better

  • Design experience on real client work

What we’re looking for:

  • A design portfolio that demonstrates your personal design style with big ideas

  • Proficient knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as working knowledge of Keynote
