A kick-ass content creator who lives and breathes content creation! You are comfortable being on camera. You are an impeccable storyteller. You lead authentically and know how to catch the eye of audiences in a crowded market. You are passionate about everything content creation — from video to copywriting. You have a vibrant personality and rally people around you. You have your finger on the pulse of what’s trending in marketing, tech, and the digital landscape. You are self-motivated. You are inspired. You have big ideas.
You Will Get To:
Conceptualize, create, and execute short-form video content
Test various content creation formats from skits to greenscreen and dynamic editing
Identify emerging trends and topics and activate quickly to drive innovation, grow engagement, and community size within the platform
Develop content strategies and calendars for NoGood’s social channels and clients
Analyze and report on the performance of the published video content regularly to derive insights and optimize future content
Support in creator partnerships, outreach and relationship management
Author blog articles and contribute to the NoGood blog with your unique ideas about the world of marketing
Create content in our NoGood HQ in the heart of Soho, New York!
You Have:
A TikTok personality!
Experience in creating short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram on either a brand or personal channel
Strong writing and copywriting skills, including long- and short-form
Impeccable storytelling skills — you know how to capture attention and maintain it
Analytical thinking and a strong understanding of key platform metrics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
An ability to shoot and edit videos comfortably in CapCut and Adobe Premiere
Interest in growth, product and tech, as well as in the know of social media trends & internet culture
An ability to eloquently tell a story or do research and explain a topic in a captivating way
An ability to create engaging content (images and video) that aligns with brand look and feel, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment
A well-versed understanding of platform-specific social media best practices
Great organizational and project management skills
Humor and meme-making abilities are a huge plus!
Compensation: $16/hour
