ABOUT THE ROLE: 

 Resy is looking for a talented and creative Product Designer to join our Consumer Design team. You would be the first designer on a newly formed team focused on driving on American Express Card Member Acquisition and integrated dining value through Resy’s Consumer platforms. This will also include marketing the tangible benefits, experiences and offers in our product that deliver value to our Card Members and most valued Resy guests. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between Resy and the American Express New Member Acquisition team, working  closely with your business counterparts, the Product Manager, and onshore and offshore Engineering teams.


The right designer for this role will have experience in both Product Design and Digital Marketing, as it includes informing diners on the benefits of premium American Express cards as an engaged Resy diner.


You would join a nimble Product Design team that embraces an iterative and collaborative design process with attention to detail and care for design execution, always looking to validate concepts with our end-users.

 

WHO YOU ARE: 

  • 3-4 years designing digital products

  • Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates polish in execution and knowledge of native iOS and Responsive Web patterns

  • Have experience with both Product Design and Digital Marketing

  • Have an open-minded and iterative approach to design

  • Explore translating new opportunities that strategically align with our business goals through creative research methods and collaborative ideation. Ultimately helping influence the product roadmap.

  • Experience working closely with engineering, product management, and customer success to deliver high quality and thoughtful experiences.

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, synthesizing design feedback and articulating “why.” 

  • Employ a diverse toolkit, from quick whiteboarding and hand-sketching, to, Figma, Principle, and all that.

  • You are self-motivated and share responsibility for the team’s success and progress

  • You are opinionated but low ego — you push yourself and your team for the best possible outcome and accept feedback and constructive criticism with humility.

  • Share our love of restaurants and want to help us spread that passion.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
